2019, November 12th.

It’s for the first time I know what I’m feeling. For the first time I know what it’s like to be content. I know how my heart truly feels, and I know my own emotion, even if it’s the middle of the night, and the situation doesn’t involve me.

I know what I feel. 2 years of pain, desperation, depression, anxiety, and stress. But through those years, I found something (well, they’re people, so ‘someones’) that helped me to get through those tough times. I met my best friend because of them. I found a side of me that I enjoy or find some confidence in. And through this group, I have found temporary happiness among them.

I cannot make their happiness my own, and I can’t make my happiness theirs. But today is the first day that VICTON has ever received an award. Today, November 12th 12:00 AM currently where I live, but in South Korea, November 12th, 7 PM, VICTON has finally received an award.

I didn’t want to express my emotions of the kpop fandom because I am aware that there are followers of mines that are triggered by the fandom. But I am a fan of VICTON, and for 2 years and a half I have been a fan of them. I’ve cried when I’ve missed them for months without any updates, I’ve cried when I found out that Seungwoo got injured, I’ve cried when I found out Byungchan lost a lot of weight because of training. I’ve cried when I heard that Hanse was at a low point in his life, and I’ve cried when he finally started to express his true self. I’m so happy of them all going through their harsh times, and making it out safe, but today I have reached euphoria.

I can’t stop crying. I am just so happy that it’s finally happened. That they have finally been acknowledged. I’ve waited and waited for this for so long, and it’s finally happened. Hard work really pays off, I guess.

I can’t stop saying how happy I am, because I truly am very happy for all of them. I’m happy for Seungwoo, Seungsik, Chan, Sejun, Hanse, Byungchan, and Subin. They have finally achieved something they have been working hard for years. They have had such a rough journey, and I know this is not the end. And I’m very happy that it’s not going to be the end.

So to every Alice (new and old): Thank you. For so much support you’ve given VICTON. Thank you for taking an interest in them and deciding to check them out. Thank you for spending some nights awake just waiting for them and supporting them. Thank you for working so hard on your projects you’ve given them. Thank you so much for everything. You’ve made me so happy, and I’m sure you’ve made all of VICTON happy.

And to anyone reading this: I’m sorry this is a random post. I just really want to get this out of my system that I’m happy. I’m so so so happy.
