So Mira ( @canet-tsitsipas ) tagged me to share my list of books to read this year. So, let’s start with mine

Top 5 Books to Read This Year

1) Sincerely, Confusingly, Yours by Hailey Gonzales It’s the second book of the collection Bowden Anime Club I have just devoured the first part, so I’m waiting or the next book to arrive so I can read it. Part of me is afraid that the author will force romance into the protagonist because until now I’ve loved the dynamic between the characters. I wished that book was around when I was growing up.

2) Jonàs by Isabel-Clara Simó This book has been waiting for so long on my shelf that guilt is making me want to read it. I’m pretty eager because it’s in Catalan, and it’s been ages since I read a book in that language (let alone one of my choice).

3) The India fan by Victoria Holt I did read this one a few years ago and I remember finishing it pretty quickly. Victoria Holt has been one of my favourite writers because she’s not heavy on the romantic side of her novels. I thought this one would be a good start for me to rediscover my love for her writing.

4) Historia absurda de Cataluña (Absurd history of Catalonia) by Ad Absurdum. Again, I have already read this book, just after finishing their first one (Historia absurda de España (Absurd history of Spain)), but the political controversy did not make me enjoy. Now that the situation is not so bad, and I know they are not joking so much, I thought to give it another go.

5) Just a Bit Heartless by Alessandra Hazard (or whatever she calls the 13th book of the Straight boys’ collection) I’ve read all the books of that collection (some of them more than once), so I’m just waiting for her to realize it. Probably along the way I also will read Just a bit Obsess (book nº 2), Just a bit Wrong (book nº4), Just a bit Ruthless (book nº6), Just a bit Shameless (book nº8) and Just a Bit Gay (book nº9) because they can be read as stand alone, but they are all a little bit connected. I think basically the whole collection 😅😅😅

Okay, this has been just a ranting about what I want to read, so I’m sorry about it. I’m going to tag @marc-marquez93 @lxndonorris and @jyanadavega but please feel free to ignore this if you want.
