Oh I read it in Japanese so..... >.<  and I don't know if there's anyone translating these SID yet.

Ah that's a good question! The instructions do sound a bit more limiting in the way I worded it so I will go and edit it in a moment, but yes, anyone who wishes to submit works up until the 18th of February are free to do so :) And if anyone who has already submitted work would like to make edits or changes they are free to do so as well; just send a message to the mods to let them know and we can update asap!
