Another beautiful day in paradise. Up at 430am, journaling on our teak terrace looking out through a grove of palm trees along the lazy river, highlighted by the Sierra Madre mountain range and the city lights of downtown Puerto Vallarta nestled below. Down for a quick siesta before our 8am spin class. Not @soulcycle but a good workout indeed. Breakfast always the same - a green juice, delicious, + a mound of Pico de Gallo + jalapeño and salsas. The vistas, at moment, are magical as the sun moves and reflections change. Pre pool lounging I took a walk down yet another palm tree lined winding path, one of many on this expansive property. Pools in every corner, restaurants abound, expansive beaches and green rivers + lakes spread over 1000's of sprawling acres with approximately 5000 employees or more to tend to your every need. And for some reason it never feels crowded and you always feel served. Service always excellent, greeted by an "hola" or "buenos dias" from every employee who passes by. Later pool time... sun, swim, siesta, ceviche, sip.
