Does anyone know where I can find a copy of this coffee table book?

Stuck on VHS: A Visual History of Video Store Stickers

It's out of print, and there haven't been any used copies on ebay in years. None on abebooks or pango either. There are a couple youtube videos of people flipping through it page by page, but I'm afraid they'll eventually get taken down and the only record of it will cease to exist. It's infuriating how little information is available. The publisher, Lunchmeat VHS, put out two issues of a magazine with a limited run of only 500 copies each, so I imagine a big, glossy, coffee table book (which is much more expensive to produce) would have an even smaller run. It's very likely that only a couple hundred copies ever existed, and some of those have probably been lost, damaged, or destroyed over the years.

Any leads would be much appreciated.
