Back in 2005 I was artist in resident at Open Gallery, I was in charge of assembling the team and also creating video paintings, which I shot in Miami, Nepal, Bangladesh, London, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia and Vietnam. Some of these were shown at the ICA and Hayward Gallery. I left the project in 2009 and now I have been asked to create a new series by the exciting new team. So I have been experimenting, shadows remain a long source of fascination for me. But with my interest in mental health I am developing ideas.
