Coffee from Vietnam that is served cold, with a hint of espresso. Strong coffee and sweet condensed milk taste great together, and when served over ice, it's a great treat.
Ingredients: 2 shots of Espresso. 2 tablespoons of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Ice cubes.
Instructions: Brew 2 shots of espresso using your espresso machine. While the espresso is still hot, pour it over a glass filled with ice cubes. Add 2 tablespoons of sweetened condensed milk to the espresso. Stir the coffee and condensed milk until well combined and the ice starts to melt. Taste and adjust the sweetness by adding more condensed milk if desired. Once well-mixed and sufficiently chilled, serve your Vietnamese iced coffee immediately. Enjoy!
