My obsession with random mid-century vintage playful doodads has no bounds folks. I created this series of View-tastic pop up cards based on a short-lived interest **aka wormhole (thanks EBAY) ** in scenic linen postcards, stereo cameras, tower viewers and the almighty View-Master.
There is something romantic about how folks use to take simple car trips for vacation each year.
It was an era when most folks traveled by car (air was a still a luxury) and hit the road on summer months.
They would take a few fun stereo photos (it was a HUGE hobby back in the day) or buy postcards of kookie roadside attractions to remember the trip.
This card series is perfect for that gal or guy who loves a little nostalgia, is obsessed with Mad Men (last series folks!), loves traveling or has contemplated starting their own “ Bakelite collection.”
There are three cards in this series. A poolside "Happy Birthday" party view, a desert sunset "Love U" view and "Happy Valentine's Day" sunbathing beach fun view.
