         she motions for the other to come lay down with her in the freshly cut grass. it’s a necessity for riverdale’s white picket fence reputation. ( what bullshit ! ) as one of miranda’s notorious ragers got even wilder, the southsider retreated to her backyard. it’s serene ; it’s quiet. sometimes she forgets how much she likes the peace. “ i don’t see it either. i just think it’s really NICE          do you want to stay out here with me for a bit ? ” there’s a slight slur to her words ; the can beside cameron isn’t her first by any means.

      (  her back hits the wall and she gasps, wincing         slightly. sutton was stronger than she would         like to admit. that’s when sutton says the words.         she says it casually, as if it’s an everyday thing         she would say. Caroline is shaking lightly, breathing         coming out in short gasps. she’s scared of what          sutton’s going to do to her. tears gather in her eyes         and she shuts her eyes tightly, pressing her back         flush against the wall.  )

         ”i’m sorry! i’ll be better!”      (  it’s a whimper that falls from her lips after         the words, hands flying up to her ears. she         just wants to be good enough. she wants          to be good not bad. gasps fall from her lips         as she struggles to calm her breathing, knees         buckling underneath her. she looked vulnerable      and weak. that’s what she was, though. those         two things were apart of her.  )
