Why did Tara lived with them if she hated her brother so much? She was a grown woman she didn't have to.

Family is complicated… take mine, I haven’t spoken to my dad in over a year, parents just got divorced after being separated for over two years, I’m not very close to my younger brother, and extended family is near by, but I have always felt awkward and like they wern’t really my family.

but!

I go to family functions regardless, I went to a dinner for my brothers bday last night and I’m “nice" to my dad if I see him at said family functions.

basically, sometimes we do things with family that normally we wouldn’t do with say friends or people who are not related to us.

I’m sure since it was his sister that maybe they were okay for a while, maybe she had to live with them till she got back on her feet (divorce, lost a job??) maybe she sort of baby sat the kids kinda like a built in nanny if you will. 

and then one day it all changed, we hear Lacey and Jo talk about how odd Danny had been acting for a little while, maybe he saw or over heard something, maybe Tara did something, maybe his dad did something and Tara saw and then Danny somehow got caught in the middle of it all.

We don’t know and we may find out what happened to Regina before we ever find out what happened to Tara.

All I know is I can never hate Danny for doing what he did (if he did kill Tara) he was 11, and he looked worried and in his kind and even 5 years later he felt it was a necessary evil, that it had to be done, and even look at Danny’s mom,she doesn’t seem bothered by the fact that he killed Regina, but more by what that action has done to her family. and even then she still cares for her son in respect to the past, present she seems iffy about it.

So to answer your question: I don’t know,but there are many reasons and it’s common and people change and shit happens and people make bad choices.

In my mind, regardless of the reason, Tara was evil and had to be dealt with, or Danny was led to believe she was and he made a terrible mistake (i mean it’s already a bad mistake, but it makes it worst if it was really for nothing)
