Hmm look at that bed… I should get me one of those…
This is the viking bed my husband and I have been working on to go in our viking tent at Gumeracha Medieval Fair this weekend April 30th and May 1st. We haven't used a single power tool only hand tools and a bit of grunt and elbow grease. The shape towards the front of the photo is part of our tent also made and sewn by hand without power tools or machines and the bucket and stool are beautiful hand crafted items made by two wonderful craftsmen we know. Considering neither of us have done any formal woodworking before we are pretty happy with our efforts so far.
