This new medicine keeps me from spiraling in existential dread at 1 am now.

I think Viktor got top surgery before he became so robot. They got nice comfortably mid-sized boobs. Nothing too heavy or bothersome (he remembers Jayce's struggles with large breasts and didn't want that). But with their heart augmented, half of their chest is machine now and it's a masculine shape. But the curve and fullness of the pec makes it close in size to his remaining flesh breast so that he's not lopsided under his shirts.
Viktor finds perfection in the masculine/feminine asymmetry of his chest. It matches his affinity for having both male and female genitals now (he's altersex).
Jayce is very much a fan of Viktor's chest. He will, much to Viktor's annoyance, leave hickies all over Viktor's breast. Jayce loves tits, just not his own (relatable).
Lissandra is a fan of Viktor's chest as well. As she cannot see them, she loves to run her icy fingers down their chest. The different textures and shape of his chest is enticing to her when she deems him worthy enough for her to ride his dick.
Personal headcanons for my verse where Liss has two idiots husbands that bicker
Lissandra:
_ Cis woman
_ Lissandra is a being far beyond the teeth of sexual prejudice. She knows not of labels nor cares for them. Her attraction to people is pulled from her liking their voice and/or their personality (she pulled Jayce because he made a fool of himself and it made her laugh).
Jayce:
_ Trans Man. He's had top surgery, makes working more comfortable. Just more comfy in general. Doesn't have bottom surgery and has zero plans on getting it. He's perfectly comfortable the way he is. And even if he had a dick, it's not like he'd be using it with his low sex drive anyway. Plus, erections get in the way of work and he just straight up doesn't want to deal with that.
_ Jayce is very happily bi. He experiences sexual attraction fairly often, he just doesn't act on it because he has no drive to. When he was younger, he tried a few flings but didn't enjoy them. Most of them he found annoying and insufferable. The last fling he had ended with a bit a trauma attached and he just said fuck it and stopped trying. Sex just wasn't important enough to focus on until he met Liss.
Viktor:
_ Masc-leaning Genderqueer (He/They. Leans heavily on "he" because of familiarity but both feel right) Altersex. He's had surgery to have both sets of genitals and they're very comfortable in the ambiguity and utility of it all. But now that everything's in its proper place, he just straight up never thinks about what's down there.
_ Morosexual (apparently. Viktor, please, you can do better than Jayce). No but really, he's pan but has a preference for men according to his own statistics. He doesn't normally feel sexual attraction, he needs a relationship before he starts to feel things.
The trio has made a secret portal gate system using technology and dark magic that only travels between Jayce's lab, Viktor's house, and Lissandra's palace.
They take turns hosting their partners for the night.
This time, they're at the ice Palace in Lissandra's private dining room.
Lissandra wearing her sheer nightie and sitting side saddle on Viktor's lap. Claws playing with his hair while she drinks butter tea.
Viktor, mask off, wearing pajama pants and a snuggly long-sleeve shirt. He's got an energy core in his chest that keeps his human and mechanical systems from freezing. He's eating sweet pastries with some coffee.
They've been up for a good 40 minutes.
Jayce wakes up 10 minutes later and lethargically crawls out of bed with a yawn. He's just wearing his boxers and a dog collar with the black ice crystal dangling from it. The crystal's magic is activated, filling Jayce's blood with dark magic that makes him sluggish but protects him from the cold. The magic makes the claiming scars on his lower back (from Liss) glow a shimmering blue. He walks into the kitchen and grabs a mug of coffee, stealing Viktor's pastry. He sinks to the floor and happily rests his head on Liss' lap.
Jayce gets fatally wounded while protecting Piltover from some major threat (maybe Jinx, maybe some other menace).
Viktor is in the Frejlord with Lissandra working on ice resistant technology. An alarm goes off in his gauntlet. The alarm is connected to an implant he placed in Jayce that reads the Defender's vitals. Now Viktor and Liss watch Jayce's vitals plummet in real time.
Using a portal made of machines and dark magic to go through the connected one in Jayce's lab, they head deeper into Piltover to the hospital. With resistance, they make it to Jayce's room. He is alive but barely. With some silent communication, the duo steal away their partner and return to Viktor's lab.
Some weeks later, Jayce awakes to a reality of him being a construct of metal and ice fused with flesh.
He struggles to come to terms with blows not only to vanity and ego but also his sense of humanity.
