Reference to 'Life is beautiful (1997)'
I planned on doing a quick sketch but it ended up way more than a sketch, but far from professional. I wish I had the patience to add more details.
Windsong also looks a bit short here. Who's the shorter one between those two anyway?

I love how Vila and Hissabeth are both very pretty ladies with fangs and scales, high energy, boundless determination, and goals they're determined to chase even knowing they may never truly reach them, and yet in other ways, they could not be more different. Where Vila is soft and empathetic, Hissabeth is a whirlwind of chaotic energy who cannot communicate to save her life half the time. It's also endlessly funny to me how wildly different they are with their partners in their character stories like
Vila: I want to ask if she wants to come back to my home, which I know she loves, but I don't know if that's too forward and I don't want to make her feel pressured...
Hissabeth: Wait why aren't you packing, didn't they tell you I submitted our project proposal and we're moving to HQ for it?
I will never get over this. It's just too perfect.
vs
Vila is very considerate and worries about being too forward with Windsong even after everything they went through together in Rayashki and how close they got there. Hissabeth strolls into Pointer's office 10 minutes late with a Starbucks cup and the news of a major career/life decision she made for both of them.
These lesbians are so silly about their partners in very different ways and I love that for them.
