Vi's story before getting into the maw is very blurry, but I can say for sure that where she was, she was not sweet. It is from that place that she has scars on her arms.
Vi is single-minded and sharp, is not afraid of this world and is quite friendly. She's like a wolf cub, ready to help and won't let anyone hurt her (now). She can be very aggressive.
The Ferryman sent her to the maw.
There, she was almost immediately assigned to child-workers who performed second-rate work (minimal cleaning of rooms, washing dishes, floors, etc.). All child-workers are crossed out so that they are not confused with ordinary children (By the way, despite the fact that they are workers, they are also exposed to danger from monsters and sooner or later, just like other children, they will end up with the Lady). This job, in her opinion, was better than the one in her previous home.
There is a stuffed toy, the only friend who did not leave... Pimple is used to open doors and break things. It also hangs on the side, on the belt.
On the maw, she came across a couple of fugitives, they told her about the island (a place where children live peacefully and freely) and warned her that she had to wait. Wait for the moment when the maw would open its mouth again to receive new guests.
Her escape was carried out in parallel with the actions of the Six, because of this she managed to escape
