Shouma Stomach:

An alternate world where Shouma received no love in his upbringing. He competed against his older siblings and killed his own parents out of rage for being neglected for so long and eventually took over the company. His siblings work under him begrudgingly but are actually terrified of how much power Shouma had after keeping his feelings bottled up for so long. After getting modified by Nyelv, Shouma can instantly press multiple people at once with a flick of the wrist. His favorite method was getting close to humans as their friend before pressing everyone in the area. No witnesses left and he had an abundance of materials for his dark treats. Years of being left to rot led him down the path of insanity.

Baku Yorozu:

Forever trapped in his own nightmare Baku sleeps walk in the real world seeking people with weak psyche to infest them with nightmares. Thanks to a deal with Nox, Baku feeds off people’s nightmares and gains more power with every nightmare that he causes. The butterflies are his main source of power that can easily go undetected but are potent. Thanks to them Baku can enter dreams freely as long as the butterfly invades a host. Baku’s missions now consist on helping the Nightmares to take over their host so Baku can feed off of their fears. His goal is to destroy enough of people’s minds with horrific nightmares and become powerful enough that eventually he himself can finally wake up from his torment. For now he sleeps awaiting the day where he’ll finally dream happily.

My friend drew her own OC as a villain and now I can't stop thinking about a 'what if' of these two fully giving in to their vengeance.

I know Gavv is still young narratively. But given it's opening, I have been thinking of your Evil AU while watching it. Shouma Stomach. Either the new CEO of Stomach Inc and the only survivor of the Stomach family, who died from mysterious circumstances. Or yet another chain in the command link. Either Granute Recruiter. Or Granute Protector/Grim Reaper. Chaser style.
