working on chapter 16 again and focused heavily on writing about being neurodivergent with a drug problem
reading an old fantasy book about a butch knight and the femme sorceress she’s soulbonded to by a moon goddess. within the first chapter they pretend to be lovers and then never stop pretending. the butch knight calls her sweetling and kills anyone that threatens her and the sorceress has sworn to single handedly remake the butch’s dead clan. they’re both mercenaries.
today I had the best feta and sun-dried tomato quiche of my life. then I looked at fairy gardens with my girlfriend in strange neighborhoods until we found (two!) free garage sales. we left with a bag of clothes and a little table with a straw berry vine heart on it. the lady who gave it to us thanked us for our good energy. we went home and rearranged our porch and found a wicker chair in the trash and a neighbor took a marble table we were giving away and was so excited. then we took my girlfriend's pokemon cards out of storage and she generously gave me some + enough to make decks for all my siblings. afterwards we made peanut butter cookies and watched a horror movie. it isn't all bad. sometimes it's very beautiful to be alive.
seeing my girlfriend’s sinister mother wish us luck
I tried crack once so I can confidently say things are better than it. going through a thrift store alone with no agenda is one of those things
took a mental health day from work with my girlfriend. we went to ten free libraries and I got some books off my TBR. stopped at a indie bookshop and got some stickers + free coffee from my sisters’s childhood mortal enemy. getting onigiri and then we’re going to shop for a novelty butter dish for our apt. life is so good
I started writing my own recipe book to motivate me to try cooking more things please share any tried and true recipes you love making
got some free soviet life magazines from the 80s and have been cutting them up it’s been an interesting visual experience
