The Psychedelic Furs - We Love You (Peel Session)

The Psychedelic Furs 4th studio album was released on 21 August 1984.

Drummer Vince Ely had left the band after Forever Now (released in September 1982) and was replaced by producer Keith Forsey (who had written "Flashdance. . .What a Feeling"), who provided drums on all but 2 tracks on Mirror Moves (Tommy Price played drums on "Here Come Cowboys" and "Heaven"). "Heaven" peaked at #25 on the US Billboard singles chart, and the album peaked at #43 and became the band's 2nd album to sell more than 500,000 copies.

The album cover was designed by Barney Bubbles (who had killed himself in November 1983).

"Love My Way" is a song by British band The Psychedelic Furs.  It was released on June 26, 1982 as the first single from their third studio album Forever Now.  Written by the four members of the group and produced by Todd Rundgren (who also played marimba on the song) it was a Top 50 hit in over twenty countries and became a teen anthem of the 80s, featured in films and soundtracks for Valley Girl and many others.
