So I've been going to the gym for just over a week now. My main aim has been to build muscle and a more masculine physique to aid with my dysphoria. I've been going to as many classes as I can, changed up my diet a bit to allow for a much higher protein intake, kicked the drinking, got a personal trainer to show me the ropes and ensure I'm training properly and safely, and have started following an awesome YouTube channel called #vintagegenetics . Most of my pay has been put towards gym kit, personal training, and equipment. I've been mainly focusing on my shoulders as the PT said there's hardly any muscle there. I've also been trying to get some definition on my chest too. Even though it's just been over a week, I've noticed some positive changes. 💪🏻 I cancelled my classes this evening due to a bad bout of depression and fatigue, but got a three hour chunk of classes from 8:30am tomorrow.
