There should be an episode where Hazel finds out that Nadia, Katie, and Viola have Fairy Godparents and Cosmo and Wanda find out that Glimmer, Whimsy, and the yet to be named fairy with a mustache have godkids. Glimmer seems to be close friends with Cosmo and Wanda from their conversation in Fairy Day. Although I don't know about their relationship with the other two fairies.
