Ta-dah! Made a comic showcasing Frostbites job as Hunter, its similar to how most Sanses are considered the 'Judge'.
He hunts humans and mages who have become murderous, greedy, and a danger to others. Then devours them leaving no trace, it's the only time he brings harm to them or eats them. This doesn't mean he doesn't hunt other monsters, but the crimes must be severe for him to be 'bothered' to kill them. Hurting Papyrus is an instant death penalty...
