Top of his Gi blown off. Red eyes, hair blowing around from energy. Make him an absolute savage, especially to Ryu.

Game play wise.

WELL I HEARD YOU LIKE RUSHDOWN

Just make everything as fast and brutal as possible. Give him a dash punch with a Hadouken for an extra long hit box, fast moving Tatsu, Shoryuken upon Shoryuken.

Have his Super be a Tatsumaki Gorusen Into Messatsu Shinryuken. Give him shiity health and stun but let him be a monster on offense.
