I have not been able to find Violet harmons boots, however I found boots that are very similar to her style that I feel she would wear.

  These are the Breckelle Indy-11s. They are oxford boots, very pointed at the toe. In person, they are very high quality. Comfortable, but with bad odor I must warn you.

They also look similar to violets boots that she wears often throughout the show, however they are also different and similar to her oxfords in a boot style.
