he also had a neurological problem, as he collapsed last year. i think that was one of the factors why he has hard time to express his thoughts.
He’s always spoken like this, though.

Yeah, actually, speaking fluency/eloquence and writing ability are quite different skills, and they require quite different talents, which not always coincide in one person, and RT is a compelling example of just that. I would say he's even a bit more eloquent now than he was at the time he made his VM DVD commentaries.

i am very eloquent in writing and my head is full of stories and things and dreams but you'd never know it based on hearing me talk to strangers. such is the life of the common introvert ����
Well, he doesn’t come across as much of an introvert, though. He does talk A LOT, he just has a kind of boring way of talking.
