I just did a quick search and found out that Rob asked Kareem to write a foreword for the re-release of Slave Day in 2018 and that led to him offering him the iZombie role too.

I forgot which episode, but I remember Poirot HATES British food but at the end of the episode, Hasting brings him some fish & chips and he eats it happily

Hello and thank you for your message! That’s a great moment! :) It’s from 5x03:The Yellow Iris, at the very end of the episode. It’s late in the evening, the case is closed and Poirot hasn’t had anything to eat. Hastings brings him to the chip wagon serving fish and chips because it’s the only place still open:

Hastings: “English cuisine. There’s nothing like it in the world! You must agree, Poirot. “

Poirot: “Eh bien, Hastings, when it is cold and dark and there is nothing else to eat, it is…*tries the chips* … passable.“

Poirot wolfs it down, though, and he’s smiling, it’s adorable! :) I know someone made a gif set of it but I can’t find the link!

  So I guess the reason Rob’s not making more...

Diane Rugierro who actually wanted Blaine to be redeemed like Spike from BTVS. Rob refused it because he killed kids, but Diane insisted. In the end, it was Rob who made Peyton’s characterization as defender of Duncan….errr Blaine. So it’s more two-fer from both writers.

I’m a fan of redemption stories. Hell, Logan’s redemption story from VM is probably my favorite redemption story in fiction.

But that’s because it felt earned. He had to work at it, constantly, and even in the movie there were still people (sup Wallace, sup Keith) shitting on him for things he did a decade ago.

What I HATE is the hand-wavey “oh he’s redeemed now because... reasons” crap. Memory loss isn’t redemption. And not every character NEEDS redeeming. Some characters work best as antagonists. Not, necessarily, the big bad of the season, but someone who’s not always on our hero’s side either.

Fuck. Hearing this makes me consider giving up on the show entirely - even with J-Doh showing up in a few weeks.

Their ship name is called WeeVer, and there's a blog dedicated for them. You can check out the WeeVer tag to see posts about them. Also, originally, WeeVer was supposed to be together. But the network at the time was reluctant about throwing a interracial relationship for the main characters.

Do you know which Hogwarts house does Poirot belong to? Gryfindor, Hufflepuff, Ravenclaw, or Slytherin?

Hello! I’d put Poirot into Ravenclaw (intelligence, wit, wisdom, cleverness, learning, individuality, originality), same with Miss Lemon and Ariadne Oliver. They all fit Ravenclaw’s motto, “Wit beyond measure is man’s greatest treasure.” Ravenclaw welcomes eccentric and unique people who think outside the box, and they can be outspoken and blunt. The traits fit Poirot, Miss Lemon and Mrs Oliver perfectly.

Captain Hastings and Inspector Japp I see as Gryffindors (courage, chivalry, determination, nerve). They’re men of action, and they’re both brave and true. Japp is a little trickier to sort into a house because he is an intelligent policeman, just not on Poirot’s level, but this is an unfair comparison because no one can match Poirot as a detective. Japp (especially the ITV version with Suchet) has the traits of both Gryffindor and Ravenclaw. He’s a Gryffinclaw to me.
