"It was definitely some breadcrumbs," she teased with a chuckle, rolling her eyes at him as he rubbed at his face. "Maybe I should've left it, though, it was kinda cute."
“How are breadcrumbs cute?” He looked puzzled as she chuckled and he groaned in response. He wasn’t sure he was getting it, but he could certainly feel he was being unwillingly amusing to her. Oh well~...

"Then starve, mutak'l."
“I think I just found my next meal.”
THE EARLY MORNING LIGHT glitters on the snow that’s fallen again during the night. Rakan is up with the rising of the sun, like he always is—fluttering back and forth from camp to the woods to the snow-covered hill, carrying various pieces of woodland scrap and shuffling through his own pack for more materials. He has a goal here, as he fashions various pieces onto a large fragment of wood that he’s been fussing with since he woke.
Once his work is suitably complete and the sun has risen enough, he races back to where they’ve been camped for the night. Digging into his pack, he fishes out out some fruit that he picked up at the last town, slices them, and sets them in a bowl. Expends a bit of magic to cook the rabbit that he’d caught earlier in the morning, and then arranges everything to look nice. Finally finished with his flurry of morning activity, he sticks his head into their shared tent.
“ BA-BY, Xayah, miella, ” He says, grinning like a fool, still half-covered in snow from racing back-and-forth across the open field, “ It snowed again last night. I had a fun idea! Come out and see? —I made breakfast too, if you’re hungry. ”

demacia’s shadows would find safety until her return ---- runeterra was massive, a beautiful world of magic, of its unique peoples all across whose worlds of their own were just as breathtaking as their physical surroundings. their world was more than the wars that had plagued them, the wars that had ravaged their planet and torn the earth apart by its seams. ionia, for one, was a marvelous nation of harmony, a place she wished her own home could learn from. nature was one with its people ---- all of the small creatures lived at peace amongst the flowers and the trees. the trees smiled upon them all, benevolent deities rooted in soil. she wondered if there was something, anything, that she could bring home to heart to offer her sister redemption. kayle had forsaken her, but morgana refused to do the same ---- she would not betray her own.
morgana had seemingly lost herself within her thoughts, but her guard was never down. stealth could not mask the aura of magic, and magic was something she could always easily discern ---- it exuded power, it was almost of a tangible essence. pausing in her admiration of the country, she placed a hand upon the curve of her hip, turning around in each direction in dramatic movements. “ come out, won’t you? i don’t bite. ”

“Taking more than two cups of tea per day is ideal for maintaining a healthy body .. combine it with milk is an aberration ugh!.”

It wasn’t easy, playing the game of stowaway. It had taken almost three days to figure out when she could have gotten on a ship on its way to Ionia--even harder was hiding from the crew. The trip itself wasn’t too terribly long, and it was easy to get off the ship, off the docks and into the town of Zhyunia. It was a perfect place for Belyana to start looking for new books and scrolls: trades seemed to be ongoing all around her.
Even better was the scenery. When she sat down by the forest, a sense of peace filled her from head to toe. Even Merla seemed to be calmer, resting atop Bel’s shoulder and leaning into the cropped blonde. When the time came to start looking around once more, the girl in red made her way into what seemed like the main market center, different accents filling her ears. Merla would croon at a conversation without telling Bel what was said, other parts of conversations ready to be picked apart by the mage.
She shook her head and stopped at a fruit stand, the ripe gems calling to the hungry girl. “What do you say, Merla? Want to split something?” She murmured lowly to the raven, who seemed to be focused elsewhere.
