Planet Viredus, the birth place of the galactic human empire. Viredus has undergone many changes, such as gaining an artificial ring system made from thousands of city-sized rotating habitats and having its entire surface reshaped into the insignia of the Chrononites (The theocratic body that governs the galaxy). Due to the enormous body of water on one side of the planet, severe tropical storms are a very frequent occurrence, thankfully the vast mountain ranges across the continent serve to block these storms from reaching any of the major cities on the planets super continent.
