I know this is more than a few, but I wanted to ensure that I had a
variety of awesome blogs for anyone who reads this post (no one)
to choose from. Not to mention that I feel like I'd be doing my followers
a disservice if I didn't include all of these blogs on here.
Cat's Cradle is only the second Vonnegut book I've read. I enjoyed Slaughterhouse-5 way more, but I still really liked Cat's Cradle. I do want to read Cat's Cradle again though, because I feel like you need to read it twice to fully appreciate it. You can always find new meaning in books, the more times you read them. Have you read The Things They Carried by Tim O'Brien? It's one of my favorites, it's very similar stylistically and thematically to Slaughterhouse-5. You'd probably enjoy it.
I've been meaning to read Slaughterhouse Five again too. So many books, so little time. I haven't read The Things They Carried, no. I've just looked it up and it seems interesting, I'll have to added to my ever-growing list of books to read, thanks for the recommendation. Breakfast Of Champions is my 2nd favourite Vonnegut, I suggest you read that next. :]
