    Tya’s withdrawal wasn’t intentional in the least, rather a reaction to being spoken to without having first noticed there was another person around. After a quick moment of examination, she allowed her hands to both rest one over the other on her stomach. “…I’m.. Unsure,” she answered, looking around, then back to the stranger. “I was just curious, really.”

“Ah, I see. That’s no problem.” The florist simply returned a smile. “Feel ever free to look around, there is also a back garden behind this small hallway.” She then added, hoping that the other would feel a bit more comfortable in her flower shop.

"So y’know how you said I wouldn’t get nightmares? I don’t think you were wrong, but... I am a little scared.”

Admittedly, scared isn’t the best word to describe the way that Ventus is feeling. The sudden slump to his posture and glazed look in his eyes, all brought on by a lone paragraph detailing a character’s grief over their father no longer wanting a single thing to do with them, very obviously scream dejection—but he can’t talk to Tya about the root of what brought it on. He’s barely ready to address it in the privacy of his own head.

Carefully angling the wrist that isn’t cradling the borrowed novel, he flitters his fingers in the direction of his friend’s in a wordless plea for comfort.

        THERE WAS PANIC.  Little beings fled around her, scattering, slipping between her paws and the trees.  The terror was shared with herself, as she had no way of controlling the problem.  A BURST of orange and red, yellow licking within it all, a heat pushing anyone who dared near it away.  Fire.  One had broken out.  The source was unknown, but Faith could care less at that time.  The season had been d r y, it could have started from almost any little thing.

                    It was a small area for now, but the forest brimmed with more to burn.  It wouldn’t take long to spread should it not be contained in some way...  Yet water magic was hardly a specialty of hers.  Faith was at a loss, though she dared not turn and run.  Yet.  There had to be some way to protect the forest.  So many called it h o m e, and it brimmed with safety for the mystical.

         Something would catch her eye.  Someone.  Near to the fire, unfazed.  Perhaps even...  empowered if the sense of strength nestled there was anything to go off.  Moving swiftly, the wolf would dare approach, unknowing as to who this being might be.  Or, perhaps, if she was even behind the trouble that arose.

                           “Can you put it out?”  She dared to speak in this form, concern lacing her tone.  There was the possibility that the stranger had NO control whatsoever, but the risk of asking was little to none.  Her vines and flowers and the grass that made up her body recoiled from the nearness to the flame, but she held steady.

Blonde, pale and smattered in freckles a young man fumbled with bushels full of flowers, carrying them through the streets.Too thin and scrawny , let alone to be trusted, to do the mechanical and technical work he’d like, and far too meek to go any smith work, he took his passion to the street. So here he was, at the market trying to sell his carefully tended to flowers. “Flowers.” He called quietly, nervous among the other vendors. “Flowers for sale, every color you can imagine. Grown with love.” He raised his voice, still much quieter than his competitors.

“Aha... ah, um...”

She hadn’t expected someone to be able to dodge a fireball like that, but it would be easier to avoid unnecessary conflict here. Hiding could give them a sneak attack anyways.

“I’ve got it! Over here.”

The girl snapped her staff out, tapping it against the ground. She squatted into the emerging leaves, becoming consumed in a small bush fort.

“We’ll be nearly invisible!”

There’s a bland, “Mood,” before Noct actually glances up from his phone, looking at her over the top edge of it. One eyebrow quirks upward and he wonders dryly, “Jealous over...what, exactly?”

It wasnt the instant he saw them, it took a few seconds after he had burst in calling out to Noct , that he had realized what had happened. They were sharing a bed, Noct was naked, Tya had hoarded the sheets, her hair giving away her hiding place, there were clothes strewn across the floor. It was in the instance his brain pieced everything together, that he had sobered up. He felt a pang of hurt, jealousy hit his heart and the back of his neck pricked with heat. His mouth bobbed open and closed like a fish, but in the 5 seconds it had taken him to enter, he had now left. It wasnt fair for him to feel hurt, yeah maybe he had been developing a crush, that didnt mean it was reciprocated. Still he tried to swallow the lump in his throat as he quietly retreated from the room and did his best not to run down the halls. Frazzled,  head going a mile a minute Prompto fled to Ignis asking to sleep in the Regalia, but settled to sleep in Ignis’ room after the man had convinced him, cocooned in a blanket and shoved to the edge of one of the bed he tried to shut his eyes and sleep instead of crying.
