Help me become a PNG Vtuber? [Closed]

So I've been wanting to try out doing live streams with a 2D avatar. I've used Discord for live streaming from time to time and since doing a bit of learning on how vtubing works, I thought it would be fun to try out, just having a little me in the corner!

I'm specifically going for a PNG style animated character, waist to head kinda like I'm sitting at my desk, since it's a cheaper solution and I'm not too crazy about all the motion capture stuff. And I already have a program in mind that I wanna use to animated the character too! I just need the character to do it with.

Preferably I'd like to use my Pokémon Sword avatar, it just looks the best imo.

Though what I want to know is if there's any digital artists who draw humans, I'm looking to get a recreation of this character in 2 key frames for mouth movement and if possible, 2 extra frames for closed eyes so I can do blinking. So in all
