VIRTUALE / Stone (Escondido, CA) Incognitoという新種のホップ？ホップエクストラクト？を使ったIPA。めちゃめちゃすっきりとした仕上がりで、アピアランスもクリーンな赤みがかったゴールド。ほんのりピーチのようなアロマ、そしてモルトのアロマもある。甘味と苦みのバランスに長けたテイストだ。ABVを感じさせないフィニッシュで、危険。
