Typing or writing on paper to oneself can be a huge help, actually. I’ve tried it before, and it’s rather therapeutic, in a strange way.
Oh, I agree completely! It's just who sees it that's the problem. Especially 'cause, if I want it to be vague, people could take it to mean them! I have that problem a lot, where I'll say something, complaining out loud, and my dolt of an ex boyfriend will think I'm mad at him or angry with him and I'm like "n-no. No I'm not. Stop. I just wanna complain. Plz" And so I've learned to keep most thoughts to myself, or on paper which will get destroyed someway on accident.
