In Mysore, India most of us enjoy a freshly shucked coconut by @emranbeag or Guru after our practice in the Shala, it’s full of goodness and it's totally refreshing especially with the intense practice we do daily. The shucking of coconuts is a little beyond us if we're living in the city center, we have to go to far-flung areas or neighborhoods to get our freshly shucked coconuts but in the interests of sharing the coconut water experience I am grateful that @vitacocoph is readily available in major supermarkets, some yoga and wellness studios and even restaurants and cafes here in Metro Manila.
