Renown French chef @AlainDucasse and François Thibault, the man who created @GreyGoose, joined forces to develop a new gastronomic vodka named Grey Goose Interpreted by Ducasse. The new expression incorporates three different levels (light, medium, and dark) of toasted soft winter wheat from Picardie. Roasting the wheat at varying intensities brings out different notes in the vodka including fresh vanilla, toasted brioche, toffee and almonds, and rich dark chocolate with espresso. Last night I photographed and celebrated the launch at chef Alain Ducasse’s NYC outpost Benoit, which included dishes like seared foie gras with coffee & corn emulsion, paired with beautifully made cocktails using this new spirit. #vivalavodka #ad (at Benoit Bistro)
