Vivid Sydney :: Circular Quay, Sydney, Australia
"'I'm essentially the invisible musician no one sees'. While in town to work with Hiatus Kaiyote on their Vivid Sydney show, international artist Timeboy spoke about the psychedelic experience audio visuals can create."
(For those not in Australia, you can view the interview here, via Facebook.)
Here’s a 360 video I found on YouTube showcasing the Sentiment Cocoon which is a piece I worked on under the direction of Nathan Whitford of Urban Visuals. We collaborated with Moritz Behrens, Konstantinos Mavromichalis, Achim Meyer and Arup. My role was working on the physical visuals and graphics programming for the Sentiment Cocoon. The interactive graphics I worked on were then interpreted and translated to be sent to the physical LEDs.
Sentiment Cocoon was shown as apart of Vivid Sydney 2016.
Artists: Moritz Behrens (Germany) / Konstantinos Mavromichalis (Canada)
