I should look into getting a psychiatric service animal.  

It’s part of that spiral, where like...you think you’re not bad enough to warrant something to help yourself.  And yet, if maybe you tried to help yourself, then you’d be actually functional and able to see just how bad you were and how much you struggled.

My executive dysfunction is reaching epic proportions.  Nothing truly holds my interest.  Being with others makes me nervous and antsy, but when I’m alone my mind shatters.  I feel like I’m going through the motions no matter what it is.  I can’t make or take phonecalls, and yet I need to make appointments or else I’ll fall further.  I keep seeing things in my periphery that I can’t tell if they’re real or not.  I can’t tell if *I’m* real or not.

This is so not what I need right now.
