I'm so tired of seeing posts ragging on Visma. They're the team with the 5th highest budget, yet the only team not called UAE to win a GT or a monument this year.
Their second best climber decided to retire too late for them to replace him, their two strongest versatile guys (Clap and wva) are injured, because of this over half the team already did the giro, and yet Jonas is still in 2nd place.
This isn't 2022. If Rog and Jonas tried to do to today's Pogi what they did on stage 11, Pogi just rides away from them. The team is not the problem. Jonas isn't even the problem. The problem is Pogi never has a bad day anymore.
