I love to think that Vladcard would be a very doting husband and father, because he does not want his and his beloveds child to experience the same fate he did.
Do you think he would let his child play with his hair? sleep between himself and his spouse on stormy nights? or even how he would react to his child saying, “i love you,” for the first time?

Your kid would be a precious treasure to him
He’d have countless photos of them
He acts tough but that kid would have him wrapped around his finger
He wants to teach them to be tough and to be prepared for the world, but he also refuses to let anything bad happen to them
When they get hurt, the sound of them crying breaks his heart and he’s quick to comfort them
He’d be their personal jungle gym
You’d walk in and find the kids crawling all over him or swinging from his arm like a high bar
He’d happily let them get into bed with you and him if they get scared, up until a certain age
When they’re little they get a way with it all the time, but he’ll cut it off once he thinks they’re old enough
He’d never admit it but those were some of his favorite nights
Laying awake and looking down and at you and your child snuggled up against him was the closest he’s ever been to heaven
The first time the kid says “I love you” he’ll play it cool and say it back, but on the inside he’s a mess
Once the kid is out of sight, he’ll turn away and tear up a little
He didn’t have a relationship like this with his parents and he is so happy to have that with his kid
The fact that you get to share that with him is the cherry on top
There is no one else he would rather have by his side
Any time he sees you hanging out with the kids he has to pause to take in the view
You and the kids are his entire world, he’d give anything and everything to keep things just as they are
