I'm fucking terrified of cars, but specifically driving. Like, if my partner is driving, I'm slightly on edge, if my dad is driving, I'm a lot more on edge, and if I'm sitting in the driver's seat, before the car is even on, I'll have a panic attack.

When laying in bed, I put my covers over my mouth really tight because I'm afraid a bug or hair is gonna get in my mouth. I keep my mouth closed if I'm in an area that has a long haired animal or if I'm outside.
I have hallucinations a lot so I can’t keep my closet or bathroom doors open when I’m in bed at night because I get so paranoid and anxious I can’t sleep
