First character study attempt of my novel’s main character Vlida Aratesh! Still trying to develop a consistent style, but I’m really happy that she kinda sort looks like the person in my head! This is early in her story. Can’t wait to work on her tiger scars!
Vlida Aratesh, human fighter (D&D 5e)

Vlida is the 13th and youngest child of House Aratesh, who broke away from her noble upbringing to seek fame and glory in the gladiator arena. A close call with a vicious tiger gave her the ‘trophy’ she wears proudly across her face. Brutal and efficient with her glaive, Vlida is a powerful and exuberant fighter. Adventuring now gives her the means to show off her talent for violence, and earns her the coin to indulge in her love of wine, women, and merrymaking.
