So many things have happened in the 7 months since @viva.las.vegas.vlv #vlv24 and I can’t help but feel a sense of relief to pass on the crown and finally celebrate with the new queens. Directly after arriving home from last viva, I found out we lost our friend @iloverebeccarose. Shortly after we lost @christygilesx and a few friends within the vintage community. In my home life, I lost my grandmother. All before the new year. Needless the say, it’s been hard af trying to push forward. I will say that meeting and getting to know everyone I have thus far, has given me the backbone I needed to enjoy life. There are so many people in this lil community that continue to inspire me everyday. Congratulations to the new queens @claudirox831 @lilacsaintclair @millie_rose_mitchell ✨✨✨ All of these gals put stars in my eyes all weekend 🤩 I enjoyed seeing them shine and our lil interactions. They all have hearts of gold, send them your love, y’all!! It feels easier to celebrate with the new queens now that the crown has been passed and the self inflicted pressure has been lifted. After #VLV24, a lot of things happened in my personal life including a handful of unexpected deaths that just had me feeling down. I’m happy this year was better and it was by far the most fun I’ve ever had. I gotta give it to @c.w.corner and @pinup_buni for being there for me 🙏 Seeing and meeting everyone made this viva a hell of a party and I would do it again in a heartbeat. If we hung out or had an interaction, thank you for your hugs and love.
