VNation’s Newly Signed Artiste Leki Releases New Single “Low”

Fast rising Afro Fusion singer and newly signed artiste into the VNation music Label Leki has officially release his first single titled “low” produced by DJ Breezy.

The young Nigerian singer based in Ghana disclosed to Vntv that the inspiration behind the song “low” is drawn from legendary High life song “Joromi” by Nigerian Highlife legend sir victor Uwaifo.

I wish I had time to write a proper entry but… Notable points:

The band I couldn’t remember was Aki. Who the fuck is that, right? It was Aki from Sid doing a solo thing, and all of the songs were A++ I loved it.

Also his MC. “A nation… V nation… A… V… AV…” Haha

Merry was uncomfortable to watch as always, but Gara’s MC was also hilarious. He sang it and called out people who were leaving the venue halfway through his set, lol.

A9 of course was the first band to really seem to have a huge fan base. While they were on it seemed like everyone in the stadium was there for them. They played quite a few newer songs (like within the last year), but also some older ones I knew.

Psycho le Cemu was adorable and the energy was great, and they also had a really impressive amount of fans! Their opening video was cute and seemed to sort of apologize for the falling out they’d had in 2009 and the long hiatus that came afterwards.

Plastic Tree was greaaaaaaat but I’m biased. When they came out Ken-Ken bounced around the runway part of the stage waving at everyone like a dork. Ryuutarou seemed more out of it than usual, but he was cute (albeit very awkward). They played one song I didn’t really know, from the newest release, but I’ve been slacking severely. They seemed to have just as big of a fan base as A9. At the end Ryuutarou shushed everyone and then said “otsukaresama desu” without the mic and trotted off stage. It was cute. (￣▽￣)

Everything felt really nostalgic to me since I haven’t really gone to lives in YEARS. I was tired but it was seated, so not bad at all, and I felt really happy so… It was a good, refreshing day I think.
