VnC Chapter 48: A Reaction

this chapter got so fecking dark.

Firstly, Misha and Vani being friends is adorable. Oh my holy shit Vani w- why y- you perfect boy, sacrificing yourself to save Misha, god, why, IM GONNA KILL MOREAU. It’s so warm is a quote that seems important....

We also learn that Mikhail was named by his mother, not by Luna or the Chasseurs. This lowers the chances of Vanitas’s name being an archangel name.

Who the fuck is No. 70 and when can we meet them

WE ALSO LEARN that both of the Books of Vanitas are genuine!! And that Moreau received them from some unknown channel!!! Ruthven I swear to god if you’re the one who gave Moreau those fucking books I will stab you multiple times!!!! And then take control of your mind and force you to tear Moreau into thousands of tiny tiny pieces!!!!!!!

This chapter got so dark holy shit but it’s okay because Luna is here now and I love them so much

Vanitas gets so mad when he learns that he’s been injected with Luna’s blood that it almost seems like he knows Luna from before they rescued him. Speaking of which how the hell did Moreau get that blood. Is Luna’s blood blue?????

The chapter ends with Vanitas running towards Luna. It’s unclear if he’s trying to join them or kill them.

I cannot wait for January 22 or whenever chapter 49 comes out because I will cry reading Luna, Misha, and Vani’s happy lfamily life,

And now, Noé knows all of this. He knows about Vanitas’s past and how he sacrificed his own well- being to save his younger brother. I am so excited to see what he does next.
