Amelia paused for a moment and gulped down hurried breathes of air. Her lungs were on fire and sweat had begun to drip down her brow. The fact that she was a medical professional and so unfit was slightly embarrassing, she had been convincing herself for months that she didn’t have the time but it was a lie and deep down she knew it. So she had had asked Antonia to run with her hoping that it would somehow motivate her to work out more. “How longer do we have to do this?” Amelia asked breathlessly looking over at Antonia.
