@sylviankittycats this is the best I could get of Newt’s general vocalizations
For the most part Newt just mumbles and quacks, when he gets very excited he does do loud trills but they haven’t happened often, it’s a once a day sort of occurrence at the moment. He’s still very new so it is very likely that he’ll get more vocal as he gets more comfortable and confident here but that’s about it from him most of the time.
Mia is mostly chirps, she flies around and ‘screams’ for her scream hour but it’s not even half the volume that Newt has reached on the rare occasion that he has screeched. I’ve got a video of Zeebster’s scream hour here and Mia’s regular peeps here if you want to compare!
