It was his first and last desire. But this life never belonged to him, not now, not back then. So he took his own flesh and made a doll. A doll then was filled with his memories before the times he was corrupted by Abyss. But one thing still was missing. A 'soul' that would allow a doll to become 'alive'. Rächer of Solnari had nothing to replace it with because his own soul no longer belonged to him. This story could have ended at this point, but a small confluence of circumstances made it to continue.
