😱 uh oh i sure didn't ask for it, i can barely handle this one

also i play like a moron (a moron with analysis paralysis, a killer combo), and it does help me that the crisis board in solo mode makes the game more tactical, because i can't strategize for shit. for tomorrow's game i'm repeating the scenario but randomizing the houses/techs and playing on hard difficulty, getting whopped in style

i have successfully analysis-paralysised the Voidborn into submission on easy difficulty, yay

only took me most of the day 😆

I tried another solo play of Voidfall, again on medium difficulty, with a slightly less complex scenario but a slightly more complex faction. It turns out that focusing on shutting down the things that the Voidborn score from right from the start makes a big difference. I closed the Rift and filled both Safe Haven tiles.I won 212-129. (The VB have one too many harbingers on the board in the photo, because I forgot to claim a Safe Haven bonus until afterward.)

The white ship tokens are advanced Dreadnaught fleets. Those were fun.
