hi . im here about velzies stage play again
just 6 words for you today : cavik having to kill miltza repeatedly
haha .
yeah .
The first time the loop failed to restart correctly. Wires crossed like veins of spireblood severed and clumsily sewn back together — somewhere between what was yours and what was not. Most things reset, you were sent back to the start. But Miltza was not there. You did not learn this until later. Until after Akizet did not reach the edge of the Golem Maintenance segment that they had started to reconvene at. She pulled you to the side the next repetition, telling you in hushed words and tightly wound receptors that something had gone very wrong. ...There was a part of you, somewhere in the cruelest depths of your thoughts, that did not feel any relief that Miltza had not been lost. Because, cruel as it was, if she was gone... he would not have to do it again. Kill her. Velzie's smile, he had tried to find a way around it. To act more quickly, to be more careful, to avoid having the misfire that separated them from the others happen at all. Each change, each "fix" he and Akizet attempted, leaded to a worse outcome than the last. More harm, more risk, more final death. Though it seemed there could be no final death for either of them here. Not in this place. Cavik tried to not keep a count of how many times he had seen Vekoa embrace Miltza now. How many times he had seen her mangled form, begging him to listen. He could never make out her words in time. It was all lost in the chorus of the rest of the Okidoia. He had stopped looking away some repetitions ago. The apology had begun dying on its way out. Was he still sorry after all of this time? Would it be fair for him to beg for her forgiveness even if he was? Did it matter at all when she was nothing more than a parasite when he pulled the trigger. ...He did not believe she was nothing more than a parasite anymore. He thinks that may be worse. He sheds no tears as she is at his mercy once again.
made me think of five pebbles and his negative amounts of contrast
lowkey i ALWAYS forget five pebbles is pink and orange. which, as sprunklie pointed out, are the colors of the lesbian flag. what did they mean by this?
not objectum ( maybe ) but you guys would LOVE rain world iterators . they're massive living superstructure supercomputers and they're GORGEOUS !!! i've compiled some screenshots and game files and other random images here to show them off :
outside view . gigantic fucking things. they have cities on top of them . they're so tall they reach above the clouds . in fact they CREATED all these clouds from all the water vapor they breathe out . they shape the ecosystem with the heat and rain they produce . isn't that just cool ???
the INSIDE view however is something else entirely . densely packed machinery , the buzzing and humming of circuits , gorgeous fluorescent lights , breathtaking internal architecture ... EASILY the most beautiful part of any iterator . and theyre so massive and interconnected that i could crawl around in these processing strata for days without even backtracking
and if you're more of a fan of humanoid things , they even have PUPPETS deep inside their structures that allow them to communicate to the outside world !!! just look at these fellas !!!!!! they're so damn cute
this is your call to play rain world . i love iterators and rain world so so so much and you should get the game Right Now and meet these pretty biomechanical robots for yourself
Omg yall look at this!!! Thank you so much for sharing ^^ omg!!!
any plans for rain world iterator kintype flags ?
Yep! We were mainly focusing on uploading all our previously made flags the other day, and were considering making Iterator flags. Seeing how many people were mentioning how they never seen rain world kintype flags, we'll definitely be making some soon!

hopping in here to say YOUR SUNS DESIGN IS SO CUTE .. . THE SMILEY .... I LOVE THEM SO
theyre just a little guy
hey . i saw your suns design and wantedf to draw them immediately
also because i desperately need to practice more human-like heads UHEJFKAHF
WAUGH THANK YOU THEY LOOK SO CUTE... In return for this kindness I'm dropping a little lore on my AU(s) relevant Suns eye design headcanon. As a treat.
Their red eye is a full on camera! Not just in the typical iterator way; it has a zoom lens and can take pictures. Their gold eye however is a normal iterator eye and actually has incredibly poor vision, since it's only really made to give them depth perception/a regular field of vision range when not camera-ing (when zooming in and out the other eye doesn't receive visual input). This was an intentional design choice since by their time (last G2 model in my headcanon timeline) there was way more corner cutting.
Bonus tidbit; when first activated they tried to always zoom in or out a tiny bit. Because they found the very blurry/bad left side vision disorienting and upsetting.
