Random thought, but why doesn't Volt Filament work with Wispfire Lantern?

Like I get Volt Filament says it only buffs Silk Skills but like... Wispfire Lantern uses silk and it would be so cool to have a hidden effect like this.

With the Silkshots I get it, 'cause Pollip Pouch exists and at least Weaver Silkshot deals some pretty great damage already. But Wispfire Lantern's little guys do just about no damage for the same price as a Silkshot! (minus the beast shards but I don't think that's substantial enough ESPECIALLY when Wispfire constantly steals your silk while you can save uses of Silkshot for when you need them)

Also the Wispfire guys can just... miss sometimes. And that has little to do with any sort of player input.

My idea was that Volt Filament not only buffs Wispfire Lantern's damage, but also creates an explosion radius upon hitting an enemy or the ground. This would do less damage than a direct hit, but it would allow some shots that miss to still do something.

Also also, fire + lightning is one of the coolest combos in the history of anything. Just ask Bayle the Dread.
