SYNCED: Dracoelectric Sail vs Voltstorm

(apologies for how badly I drew Voltstorm, Sail left my arm hurting TvT)

So, this is basically Sail's Super form where he gets wings and the power of flight, and can make EMPs so strong they might be able to disrupt Bioelectric systems (ex: the Nervous System)A precursor to this would be his Supercharged/Thermoelectric form here (in this form I'd imagine the patterns on his body would start glowing)

I chose Voltstorm because of the Color contrast, but also because Volt is a lightning dragon, and having a Dragon vs Dinosaur fight for SYNCED would be pretty cool.
