Miss Sakaki, I was hoping to ask a quick question. I thought you'd be best to ask due to the fact you're planning on being a veterinarian. Ahem. Do you believe most animals have some sort of intelligence?

"Oh, of course! I believe that they have intelligence, but that it only stretches as far as instinct lets them... there are the rare cases though, like with monkeys or birds, where you can teach them sign language or human phrases..."
